NEO is a next-generation of home entertainment platform owned by Telekom Slovenije. It was launched in late 2018 and enables its users the option of managing TV/web content and smart home devices from one place, using voice commands in their native language (for now NEO understands Slovenian and English language). Telekom Slovenije was already using Bitmovin’s technology for its TVIN OTT service and, based on its impressive functionality and capabilities, it selected its Player and Analytics tool also for NEO.
