As an HR Intern, you will play a supportive role in our Human Resources department for 20 hours a week, assisting with a range of tasks from recruitment to performance management. This is a dynamic opportunity to understand HR operations within a hands-on learning environment, where your contributions will directly impact our team's success.

Your Impact

You will make an impact that matters by:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including position briefs, workforce planning, job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting the People Team in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participating in organizing and executing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Helping to manage and update HR databases with employee information.
  • Engage in projects that enhance your analytical, administrative, and organizational skills, especially those requiring numerical analysis and data management in Excel/spreadsheets.

What can you bring

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field. Topical vocational experience/ courses are also considered.
  • Good administrative and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and confidence using German, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets and working with numbers.
  • Good time management skills with the capability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Commitment to a part-time schedule with a precise working style.
  • A strong interest in extending the internship after 6 months, demonstrating commitment and engagement.
