Your Impact

You will make an impact that matters by:

  • Being the first point of contact and engaging directly with inbound requests and promptly responding to potential customers, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Providing outstanding support to trial users, ensuring they extract maximum value from our product. Your dedication will play a crucial role in nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Assisting in the coordination of global events, from planning to execution. This hands-on experience will sharpen your organizational and project management skills.
  • Collaborating closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, amplifying our brand visibility among target prospects and converting them into leads. Your creativity and passion will be the driving force behind our success.
  • Working closely with various departments to identify and achieve business development goals. Your fresh perspective will help uncover new opportunities and drive growth.

 What can you bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid empathy and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude. 
  • An interest in technology companies

  • Knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io is a plus
  • Work experience, internships, or academic projects with technology companies or organisations is a plus

You don’t have experience with all the points above? Don’t worry, we will support you with learning, training, and coaching on the job.

The internship duration is 3 months, with an opportunity to extend or even join the company as a permanent employee!
NB – applicants must be eligible to live and work in Vienna.
