In this position, you will be working closely with the Sales and Business Development team to develop targeted strategies and messaging in order to drive opportunities for new business and get new leads. The successful candidate is a results-oriented and self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and comfortable with both technical and business concepts. Outstanding communication skills are required, a willingness to go above and beyond both for Bitmovin as well as our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new leads and new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline and our growth
  • Prospect for outbound targets and establish penetration strategies
  • Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly quotas of outbound emails, leads and pipeline attribution

Our Requirements:

  • University and/or Higher Technical Schools Degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Marketing or Sales
  • Familiarity with state of the art sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PersistIQ, Rapportive, Yesware, CRMs, Sales Automation tools …)
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Consistent month-to-month performance
  • A desire to pursue a career in sales and business development. You are coachable, able to implement feedback and dedicated to continuous self improvement


  • 1+ year of relevant demand and lead generation or sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales processes and international sales are a plus
  • Knowledge of multimedia, SaaS business and cloud-based solutions is a plus
