As a Business Development Representative you will

• Drive business development activities working with multiple Bitmovin teams including Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success and, Product.
• Engage directly with inbound requests via the website, marketing, events and trial requests to ensure they are managed in a prompt and professional manner to maximise customer experience utilising calls, emails and social channels
• Support Marketing and Sales on outbound and event campaigns to ensure our target prospects are aware and understand Bitmovin products to convert into leads
• Engage with trial users to offers support and assistance to ensure they obtain maximise product value
• Engage existing customers to drive webinar, product updates and events to ensure they understand new features and value
• Collaboratively and strategically work with all Bitmovinteams s to effectively engage with our target addressable market..
• As you are often the first face of Bitmovin, bring your innovative ideas and energetic spirit to all your efforts.
• As we support multiple career paths in this role, set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be an impactful future leader

It would be great if you have

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical and analytical skills to grasp product detailsWork experience, internships, or academic projects with technical companies or projects
• The technical aptitude to master our products and tools
• Interest working for high growth technology firm
• A keenly developed competitive and curious nature
• Strong phone presence and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and systems like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io is a plus
• Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies
