As a key leader on the Go-to-Market Operations team and reporting into the Sr. Director, the Head of Sales Enablement will be responsible for aligning and enabling our Global Sales, CS, and Solutions teams on our mission of delivering success to our customers.

In this critical role, you will work directly with the SVP of Sales, CEO, and Operations Leadership, partnering closely with leaders across all functions to ensure that everyone at Bitmovin understands our overall go-to-market messaging. You’ll work very closely with our global sales leadership team to enable our sellers to be the most effective sellers in the industry - increasing velocity, win rates and deal size.


As a Head of Sales Enablement you will:

  • Establish a dynamic global strategy that enables the revenue organization to drive a consistent narrative, value-driven methodology, and efficient sales process
  • Expand and manage a sales onboarding program that provides onboarding for new sales employees globally, establishing and maintaining best in class ramp times
  • Create and deliver programs for ongoing enablement and learning for the entire sales team - sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation
  • Maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) and internal knowledge base to ensure content is up to date and sellers have access to the information that they need; create enablement assets, content and tools in support of programs
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy; build out a repeatable process for partnership and feedback loops with Product Marketing & Marketing to evolve the way we sell, service, and support our customers
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team
  • Help define a future-looking productivity roadmap assessing timelines and resources required to execute on key initiatives
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to equip the Sales org with the most up-to-date product offerings and world-class resources to sell them
  • Measure and report business impact metrics for all enablement programs


  • 5+ years combined sales and sales enablement experience with SaaS companies, with 2+ years specifically in Sales Enablement
  • Experience managing a team during a period of high growth at a company
  • Experience building onboarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment; consistent and provable history of content creation with specific examples
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product to create a culture of alignment
  • Customer first mentality and focus on user experience
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company preferred
